“Clothes aren’t going to change the world. The women who wear them will”

Anne Klein

As the second largest polluter in the world (right behind big oil), the fashion industry takes a significant toll on the environment. Donating and consigning clothes extends the life cycle of clothing, handbags, shoes and accessories, reducing textile waste and offsetting carbon emissions.

Buy + Sell Secondhand.

I love these companies because they donate unsold items to their charity partners. I have had a positive experience consigning with Revolve and one of my best friends recommends The Material World so I feel comfortable sharing!

REVOLVE is a network of five consignment boutiques in the Boston area with an online marketplace as well.

The Material World  buys and sells pre-owned high end quality items online and also has a unique trade in option.
